Reunion 41 Registration

There are several different ways to register for and make your reunion payments. You may register by mail with cash, check, or money order. Cash is sent at your own risk. Credit or debit card payments will be accepted by phone or you may pay below on line using your PayPal account or credit/debit card. The registration fee is $40 per person attending. On line and credit/debit card payments will be processed by PayPal and an email address will be required. If you pay online or by credit/debit card, we will need to add an additional $1.50 per attendee to cover PayPal processing charges.

TO PAY BY MAIL
Open or download the registration form. Print, complete and mail the form with payment to the address on the form. To download, right click on the registration form link above and save to your hard drive. You will receive confirmation by email if provided or by return mail.

TO PAY BY PHONE (credit/debit card only)
Call Greg Clevenger at (913) 764-6148. If you reach the machine, please leave your name and number and best time to call. You will receive payment confirmation by email.

TO PAY ONLINE (credit/debit card or PayPal account)
Enter number attending and attendee names below and add to cart. Fee is $40 per person. Proceed to checkout or press view cart to complete payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, look underneath the PayPal log in for the link to process as a PayPal guest. You will receive confirmation by email.
